After your request, one of our advisers will contact you within 24 hours. We discuss your request, answer any questions and look at your wishes together.
Advice meeting & prefab options
Next, we schedule a personal advice meeting. During this meeting we go through your design, your wishes and the technical possibilities with you in detail.
We also assess whether prefab construction is possible and suitable for your project. If prefab is possible, we discuss the options and benefits with you and look at which solution best fits your situation.
Final quote
Are all your wishes and technical details clear? Then you receive a final, transparent quote from Flexora Bouw. That way you know exactly what will be done and what it will cost.
Start date
Once you agree, we plan a suitable start date together. Our team then carries out your project professionally, in line with the agreements made.
Prefab construction: when it suits your project
Prefab means that parts are produced away from the building site and assembled on location. Whether that makes sense for your project becomes clear in the advice meeting, not from an assumption made in advance.
What prefab can deliver
When prefab fits, a large part of the work is produced in advance under controlled conditions. That can shorten the build time on site.
When we build traditionally
If prefab does not suit the house or the location, we carry out the project the traditional way. The method of construction follows from the design and the situation.
